I guess the 2 RTP calls were completely fair, including the one where he was far past the LOS and should be treated as a runner
When Romo, a respectable player, is sitting there yelling “Oh come on!!” On multiple plays in the middle of the broadcast, there might be poor officiating.
I rarely complain about bias in sport officiating, but this seems to fit a pattern.
