Deluge has problem when you have many torrents seeding or downloading. rTorrent setup is not very easy. uTorrent and Transmission are not recommended for not following the etiquette and bundling other software AFAIR.

qBitorrent is the way, although I never tried Deluge
Migrated from deluge, rTorrent, uTorrent and transmission to qBitorrent.
Deluge has problem when you have many torrents seeding or downloading.
rTorrent setup is not very easy.
