Joel Michael Singer, an entitled rich asshole, was filmed belligerently headbutting a restaurant staff member, and then filled a bunch of DMCA demands to remove the video where it was posted, resulting only in it getting posted more and more.
Because of his stupidity and poor attempt at damage control, even I remember the full name of that dumbass, and I can barely remember the names of my coworkers. I remember the video being constantly upvoted to the top of The Bad Place for a week or so, and the poster never mentioned the name due to the rules regarding doxxing… but the only thing more certain than the upvotes to the post itself was the fact that the highest rated comment would be along the lines of “It might be unrelated, but the name Joel Michael Singer just popped into my head. I hear he’s an asshole”.
