They did. HP sauce changed their recipe, someone gave permission. Redistributors aren’t producers, I can be a pedantic ass too.
That’s what I said. In the late 90s, the recipe for Canada was changed. Lately the original has been appearing in the Import aisles. What Kraft was selling as original HP since then is closer to the UK “fruity” HP variant.
Yep. HP sauce did this. Used to be ubiquitous on restaurant tables in Canada. Then they changed the recipe, white vinegar instead of malt, no rue flour, orange juice concentrate instead of tanarind puree, new version was sharper, more astringent, less sweet n smoky. Everyone just quit buying it without even really noticing why. Then the old recipe started showing up in “ethnic food” aisles in areas with high dutch and English immigration.
Socialism is literally transferring all risk to other people. Nice try though.
Well you failed.
Idk man. The young ones today are self centered and narcissistic as hell.
I’ve half a theory it’s a new boomer generation and these things are cyclical, you get a boomer one every third. 70 years back from 20 years old today you find the Boomers. 70 years back from Millennials you find the dirty 30s. 70 back from the eighties you find the flappers.
Are you really trying to explain running a bar to me? Anyways your answer is horseshit. I work in that high intensity environment and see the blinders go on. Innocuous requests by customers turn into staff acting like it’s a massive imposition. They openly talk to me because they’ve been at my bar, served by me, and I know who’s I’d hire and I wouldn’t from the free talk.
No, I’m not. It’s the same for both. Just not so obvious early on for Mark. He ends up the strongest before he hits 40 because of this.
That’s actually a key plot point. Mark comes back more durable every time he gets his ass put in hospital. What doesn’t kill him literally makes him stronger. Because he is constantly losing to galactic level threats instead of working with them, eventually he becomes the strongest one out there. (Also that scene meant to imply he had to quit acting like it was a boxing match and get vicious if he wanted to live)
It depends. I run a bar and also frequent bars. I see a lot of behavior from wait staff I’d fire them for. Wait staff endlessly bitch about customers but its a two way street, staff develops a blind spot to their own behavior due to spending so much time in a bar.
More common in urban and younger environments
Ok so there is stupid questions. No. Next.
