There are three practical reasons Trump does this:
I appreciate your dedication to skelposting the heck out of this Halloween season.
Voters across the political spectrum said they’ve lied about their voting: 27% of Democrats acknowledged it, while 24% of Republicans and 20% of independents did so. The survey didn’t ask exactly how, why or to whom they’d lied.
This is what I was looking for. It’s not reliable data about which direction it may be influencing polling, but if a self-identified “democrat” is lying, presumably it is to conservative family or friends about conservative support (and vice versa). This would mean there is slightly more “shy” democrats than republicans, but with a very large “independent” black box.
Uh… 🙋
Wild, thanks!
Where are you seeing that? Not seeing this in the Onion recent queue.
From the art, this looks like a verrrry early one. Must not have added it to the repertoire yet.
This is a better link.
They’re really good, consistently.
I’m not sure if there’s a better archive, but you can find a few more here:
That’s kind of amazing that even the Finn fascist populist party is giving Kamala no less than 52% of the vote. We’re so screwed in the US.
Yup…Windows 12? The evil monkey’s paw demon is like, “I’ll give you that wish for free.”
I know it’s anecdotal, but the amount of pro-Trump sentiment shown here from a group that Trump absolutely would let die in a gutter is disappointing.
You can bypass the requirements since yeah, they were always artificial. I believe Rufus has an option when creating Win11 install USBs to remove the TPM and other requirements.
But then again, it’s nice, because all I need to make sure Microsoft doesn’t secretly update my Win10 machine in the night to Win11 is to turn off the TPM in the BIOS.
Unless you killed somebody, the statutes of limitations have run.
I still remember the “dumb” tech was AOL warez chatrooms where you interacted with a chat bot to get an email with lists of scene games, movies and other stuff in the traditional multi-RAR parts, and you’d individually request them a few at a time to be emailed. Then you’d move to IRC when you found out could be done faster, or BBSes.
I’ve probably forgotten most of how things worked.
Hmm, it appears if we squeeze tighter, more blood will come out. Surely there is no natural limit to this principle.

Your honor, I yield my rebuttal time and rest my case!
Are you Taliban and want someone dead, but frustrated with your fundamentalist movement’s pesky adherence to the rule of law? Upset at the heretic you can’t quite get proof of? Overbearing parents trying to arrange another marriage?
With new Taliban Ban on Images of Living Things®, you are back in the driver’s seat. Just take a picture of your target. After it’s done, the authorities will be practically begging you to murder that person to prevent the inevitable consequences, including the collapse of society and the rending of the fabric of space-time.
Sure, we didn’t save democracy, but at this point, I’ll take it.
