Besides, I never took a shop class and I figured out how to do so many things including complicated car repair and fixing my dishwasher. A lot of good, smart people can’t afford to eat food they know for sure is safe. Hell, in food deserts it wouldn’t matter much either way.

Yes, because the disaster that is the stock market is really going to prove anything. Economies work best when small amounts change hands often and all these people who deal in stocks care about are big numbers and getting in on the action of stealing more and more money.

The important part is that they look different, too, because if you talked about all the white immigrants taking the white-collar jobs people would have to actually think beyond just a face-value assessment.
