They put up fences several years ago so you could no longer see it from Meteor Crater Road. It’s not a bad tour honestly and it’s just off interstate 40 near Winslow, AZ. I’d recommend it, ONCE lol.
Fun fact: The Park operators get so few visitors who actually pay to see it that they genuinely get excited when someone does pay for the tour. The park is in the middle of a barren desert.
“God works in mysterious ways my child…”

Or just, you, sit down to pee where it will all come out anyways.
It was only ever a jungle when the gardener didn’t show.
Pihole, the IT nerd way to get it done!
Checking in too lol.
No one remembers Metrosexual I guess. It was the 00’s attempt at trying to stop the stereotypical masculinity in hetero men.
Storage vendors are rolling their hands in delight while systems administrators, particularly backup admins are cringing at the thought.
I’ve been CTF’ing since Doom LAN parties, never seen it either.
Older folks like us tend to not say much or when we do, we keep it game related. We also tend to mute or ignore trolls from the start, so that’s probably why lol.
As a yank who lived in the UK (East Sussex) for several years, I can share the sentiments of my mates there that they believe we Americans still speak a more traditional version of the language than they do now. Specifically pronunciation of words.
For example, Americans have retained the pronunciation of the final “r” in words like “father” and “mother,” while the UK has dropped it. Americans have maintained the “flat a” sound of cat in words like “path” and “class” whereas the UK has mostly replaced that sound with the “broad a” of “father.”
It’s not an exact science, but the rate of change in the language there has gone beyond the 18th century version we Americans still speak today and thus, it can be said American English, at least pronunciation, is more traditional.
That’s a totally different flavour. It makes me wonder if there is a genetic reason like with the people that think cilantro tastes like soap.
More taste buds = more diverse taste and thus soap because Cilantro leaves share a chemical found in soap. It’s also a genetic trait.
I only listed Opera b/c Vivaldi is based on it:
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vivaldi_(web_browser)
Vivaldi is absolutely a descent FOSS product, but will agree with the Opera sentiment and have edited my post more accordingly.
I only listed Opera because Vivaldi’s based on it, but that’s about where it ends. Vivaldi and FF are the only two I use tbh.
Opera, Vivaldi and Brave are descent alternatives.
EDIT:
Vivaldi (based on Opera, but FOSS and not Chinese) is still good.
I didn’t realize Brave inserted referral codes, TIL.
Mmm, Arther, you’ve been gone a long time… Come back to camp. Please?
Nah, I’m good, I still have 11 different fish to catch and this mutant one around all these hillbillies is bugging me.
As per iFixit and other sites like tvserviceparts, it depends on the Vizio model. Mainstream models you can often replace the screen and even power input board, others you simply cannot without sourcing their brand though.
Example repairable model: https://www.ifixit.com/Guide/VIZIO+TV+Screen+Replacement/120241
Vizio makes it 100% impossible to acquire a replacement of: buttons, bezels, control boards and input boards for intellectual property rights reasons.
In short, unlike other brands, they make it far less easy to repair either by IP restriction or by over usage of glues.
Sounds about right: Vizio the throw away brand. Horrible warranty terms, they refuse to repair them even if you offer to pay and completely unrepairable yourself.
Depends on the TV.
Many older mid to high end models had 4+ ports and it sucks you can rarely find a new one with 4 anymore.
My circa 2008 Sony Bravia has 6 HDMI ports that all still work.
Pliers it is then… sigh
