    How did penn state end up wearing blue here? If they were home surely they’d pick white and if they were away they’d surely be forced to wear white?

      I dunno, but bowl games sometimes opt for weird rules. The color rush in the Cotton Bowl last night was really strange. The helmet communication in some of the games has been a cool thing though (hope that becomes the norm for next season)
