You’ve heard of it for sure, but shout out to Audacity. I used Cool Edit Pro for years before having to switch to Adobe Audition. The UI in Audacity feels surprisingly familiar and it does what I need it to do.

You nearly touched on it. The war on women’s rights is because they’re terrified we’ll become like Japan, without children border born to feed the tax machine. It’s a pyramid scheme that collapses without the next generation. People stop having kids when they don’t trust the future, and that’s where we’re at.

You’re describing the free will vs predestination debate we had often in theology discussion. Ours never went anywhere, so I won’t be much help. I just wanted to put a name on it for you. Might help in your search.

Aptera. A solar panel on the roof of an electric vehicle. They’re slashing the power needed per mile in half because of weight loss and aerodynamics. That helps increase the range, especially for highway driving 400-1000 claimed miles on a charge depending on the model (40, 60 or 100kwh). It would be nice if they integrated v2x technology so you could use it as a generator.

I’ve been burned before by these too good to be true projects that never see the light of day, so I’ll believe it when I start seeing them on the road.
